Built on 17 years of knowledge & lived experience.
Born From a Gap That Needed Filling.
Mazcare was founded by Maha Hafez, a disability professional who has spent the past 17 years supporting participants and families through a wide range of challenges, including complex behaviours and high-support needs.
Over the years, Maha worked closely with people who often struggled to find consistent, reliable support. She saw the impact it had on participants and the pressure it placed on families who were simply trying to do their best. Those experiences shaped the values that Mazcare is built on today.
Mazcare was established in September 2025 with a clear purpose: to provide disability support that remains committed when it matters most. Too often, families were left feeling unsupported during difficult periods or forced to start over with new providers. Maha believed there had to be a better way.
That belief became Mazcare.
Although Mazcare is a new provider, it is built on the knowledge, practical experience, and lessons learned throughout Maha’s 17 years in the disability sector. That experience now helps guide how support is delivered, how relationships are built, and how families are supported every day.
At its heart, Mazcare is about people. It is about taking the time to understand each participant, building genuine relationships, and providing support that feels respectful, reliable, and personal.
This is more than a business. It is a commitment to helping participants and families feel supported, understood, and never alone in their journey.

I started Mazcare because I saw too many families exhausted, too many participants let down, and too many providers who simply were not willing to stay. I knew there was a better way.
My commitment to every family we support is simple: we show up. We stay. And we never stop learning how to support your loved one better. You will not be handed from person to person or left wondering who is coming on Monday. Consistency is not a bonus here; it is the foundation.
I also know how important it is to feel seen and respected, especially for families in our Arab and Muslim communities who have sometimes felt judged or misunderstood. At Mazcare, there is no judgment. There is only care.
