Support That Shows Up. Every Single Time.

Finding the right NDIS provider is one of the most important decisions a family makes. You are not just choosing a list of services. You are choosing the people who will walk into your loved one’s life and be trusted to do right by them.

At Mazcare Services, we take that responsibility seriously. We are a Western Sydney team led by a founder with 17 years of disability sector experience , and we are registered with the NDIS. We support participants with complex needs, we understand the communities we work in, and we do not walk away when things get hard.

Most Families Come to Us
After Trying Someone Else First.

High staff turnover, poor communication, support workers who didn’t understand their family’s background — we hear the same story often. What we offer is different.

Consistent support teams —

that help participants build familiarity, trust, and continuity of care.

Behaviour support expertise —

experienced with complex and challenging needs, not just everyday tasks.

Allied health collaboration —

we work alongside OTs, speech pathologists, and behaviour support practitioners.

NDIS registered provider —

meeting all NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements.

Culturally respectful care —

deep understanding of Arab and Muslim communities, and genuine respect for all backgrounds.

Family-centred approach —

families are kept in the loop, not pushed to the side.

Local Western Sydney team —

we live and work in the same communities as our participants.

And one more thing that families tell us they rarely find elsewhere: we do not suspend services suddenly and leave families scrambling. When challenges arise, we work through them.

Who We Support

We support participants across Western Sydney who have a wide range of disabilities and needs. If someone has been told they are too complex, or they have had trouble finding a provider who really understands them, we want to hear from them.

We do not have a narrow box of people we work with. If the needs are real, we want to find a way to help.

Consistency Builds
Real Relationships.

We carefully match participants with support workers who are a good fit and aim to provide a consistent team that supports continuity of care over time. No starting from scratch every few weeks. Participants should be able to build a real relationship with their support worker, and that only happens with consistency.

Every support plan starts with the participant. We ask what they want to achieve, we listen to the family, and we build support around real goals, not around what is easiest to schedule. Then we check in regularly, communicate openly, and adjust as things change.

For families from Arab and Muslim communities, our team speaks the language, understands the values, and does not need things explained from the beginning. That matters in ways that are hard to overstate.

We also work closely with allied health professionals. Support workers are briefed on therapy goals and strategies, and they actively contribute to the participant’s progress, not just their day-to-day tasks.

We offer five NDIS services across Western Sydney. Each one is built around participant goals and delivered by a consistent, experienced team.

Supporting Families Across Western Sydney

We Live and Work in These Communities.

We are a local team. Our support workers are based in the communities they work in, which means they know the area, understand the culture, and are genuinely part of the same neighbourhoods as our participants.
We currently provide services across Chester Hill, Bankstown, Fairfield, Auburn, Merrylands, Parramatta, Blacktown, and the surrounding suburbs. Not sure if we cover your area? Just call us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers Families Ask Us Most.

What types of disabilities and support needs do you work with?

We support people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, as well as participants with complex behavioural needs. Whatever the situation, we build support around the person, not a generic plan. If you are wondering whether we are the right fit, just give us a call.

How do you make sure your services feel right for Arab and Muslim families?

Our team genuinely understands Arab and Muslim communities. We respect faith, family values, dietary needs, and prayer routines without needing to be told why they matter. Where we can, we match participants with support workers who share their background or speak their language.

My loved one has challenging behaviours. Will you walk away when things get hard?

No, and we mean that. We have real experience with complex and challenging behaviours. We use positive behaviour support strategies, stay consistent, and work through difficult periods rather than around them. We do not suspend services and leave families to figure it out alone.

Can I use my NDIS funding with Mazcare?

Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider, and we work with agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants. If you are unsure how your funding works, we are happy to talk it through with you or speak directly with your plan manager or support coordinator.

How do you give families and carers a real break?

Our Short Term Accommodation gives participants a safe, comfortable, and well-supported stay while families get genuine time to rest. We handle everything. Cultural preferences, daily routines, and dietary needs are all taken care of. Families step back knowing their loved one is in good hands.

Will my loved one see a different support worker every week?

We aim to provide a consistent team of support workers so participants can build familiarity and trust over time. While support workers may occasionally change due to leave or availability, we focus on maintaining continuity of care through a small, familiar support team.   If cover is ever needed for planned leave, it comes from a small and familiar backup team, not a stranger.
